About Us

The Freehold Partnership is a property investment company that partners with Leaseholders, Resident Associations, Flat Owners and Freeholders. We structure our investments in a number of different, unique ways and in many cases, we are able to deliver our partners significant profits with The Freehold Partnership providing the funds.

In addition, we are often able to deliver a number of benefits to our partners depending on the investment, such as an increased property value, reduced service charges, and increased building control.

We specifically like to work with flat owners and Resident Associations of blocks of flats. In many cases, we can invest significant funds into the building in order to:
